Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a really good breakfast. I remember the staff helping me with currency exchange on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a great experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The rooms were spacious and uniquely laid out, giving me a refreshing stay! The complimentary breakfast was a good spread, with waffles and fresh fruit that fueled my day. Plus, I couldn't get enough of the 24/7 coffee-so necessary for those early mornings!

Everything... They were very accommodating to our needs as a hockey team..
The bathroom counter had a burn mark on it from the iron when I walked in I made sure I reported it immediately as not to get blamed for it

We tried cereals, hot waffles, and eggs, everything was brilliant! The unit we got was spotless and large with Internet, fridge, for example. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, adjacent to the Crossgates mall and Colonie mall, many restaurants and stores and restaurants and easily accessible.

Service at front desk was exceptional. Ice water available in lobby
Construction in progress could have been more tidy. I.e. cleaned up at end of day. Was very sloppy in elevator area. Beds were too soft

The location is great when visiting UAlbany. The breakfast was nice.
Did not realize renovations were taking place. The elevators and hallways were messy. The fire alarm went off at 2:45 and we had to leave room for approximately 40 minutes. We were disappointed in our stay and were not informed beforehand about the renovations in progress.

large bedrooms & bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast and the staff are very helpful.
It is a little bit far from everything, it only serves the albany university. however there is a bus station near the hotel. only 1 min walk. The TV included only local channels
